The June sunshine cast a warm glow over a campus filled with joy and tender farewells. On June 27, ISA Science City celebrated the 2025 Early Years and Primary Graduation Ceremony. Once shy little ones now stood tall, dressed in their best, ready to receive the applause and goodbyes that marked this meaningful milestone. From heartfelt speeches to touching performances, the day unfolded with warmth, pride, and the promise of new beginnings.
This June, our Grade 7 students embarked on an innovative and inspiring Interdisciplinary Unit (IDU) that creatively blended English Literature and Language Acquisition with Individuals and Societies (I&S). This groundbreaking collaborative project centered on exploring influencers and cultural identity, examining how globalization impacts the formation of cultural identity in our interconnected world.

But this isn't just any ordinary speed competition – it's the grand finale of ISA Science City's 7th grade Design class: the Soapbox Derby Challenge! After 16 weeks of learning and hands-on building, 14 student teams rolled up with their handcrafted racing machines for the ultimate showdown: Whose car will be fastest? Most stable? And whose design will truly dazzle?
This year, our school proudly presented its first musical theatre production, The Lightning Thief: Young Audiences Edition. After months of hard work, our talented grade 9 and 10 students amazed everyone with a performance that brought the story to life.
On June 13th, our Grade 11 students at ISA Science City reached a defining moment in their IBDP journey — the Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Exhibition. Our young thinkers took center stage, using three carefully chosen real-world objects to explore and present their independent investigations into self-selected knowledge prompts. What unfolded was a captivating celebration of intellectual curiosity, revealing extraordinary thinking about the nature of knowledge itself.
