Stephen Cobb serves as the Head of Boarding at ISA Science City International School, bringing over 25 years of distinguished leadership and teaching experience to the role. His extensive career in international education includes senior leadership positions across several prestigious institutions. In the United States, he served as Assistant Principal and a member of various Senior Leadership Teams.
Internationally, he has held Senior Leadership position as Head of Boarding and Safeguarding Lead at Dulwich Suzhou, and was the Founding Head of Boarding at Harrow International School Beijing.
Mr. Cobb has also held academic leadership roles, including Head of Economics and Business Studies at both The British School Warsaw and Harrow International School Beijing. His academic expertise lies in Economics and Business Management, in which he has taught Honors, A Level, AP and IB programmes. Mr. Cobb also served as an Adjunct Professor of undergraduate and graduate Economics and Business at Lakeland University and Pacific University.
Before transitioning to education, Mr. Cobb built a successful career in the business sector, working in management, investment banking, and as a financial analyst. He holds an MBA in International Finance and Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Education. Additionally, he has earned a Graduate Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is a member of numerous councils for leadership, boarding and education. He is currently working on his Certificate of International School Leadership principal license.
Mr. Cobb is passionate about Model United Nations (MUN), theatre, and soccer, and remains actively engaged in fostering these interests within school communities.

Jerry is a dedicated educator and boarding professional with a strong academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Education, and a High School Chemistry Teaching Certificate. Her career spans 14 years in boarding care and teaching, during which she has provided exceptional pastoral support to students, fostering a nurturing environment for their academic and personal growth. Her experience includes work at prestigious international schools, enriching her understanding of international education practices.
Jerry specializes in chemistry and general science, with a teaching philosophy centered on holistic education. She integrates academic rigor with the development of critical thinking and emotional intelligence, creating engaging, student-centered classrooms that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
At Wycombe Abbey International School (Changzhou), Jerry held pivotal roles such as Science Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, and House Mistress. She led significant educational projects, developing innovative science curricula and implementing interdisciplinary strategies that improved student engagement in STEM subjects.
Additionally, Jerry has made notable contributions to student development, guiding individuals through academic and personal challenges. By designing tailored intervention plans, she has helped students achieve measurable improvements in performance and self-esteem. Jessica is an assistant to the boarding head at ISA Science City International School. She is responsible for administration and management of the boarding office. She oversees the daily routines and duties involved in keeping the facility running smoothly. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and has more than two years of experience as a boarding house manager.
Cloud Li

Being a houseparent in boarding department of ISA Science City International School, Cloud is responsible to take part in the student management and guidance in the dorm. received the Bachelor of Economics degree with CET-6 certificate and math teacher qualification certificate. Since graduation, she has been working in the education industry，had contact with students of all ages. The education field involved is not only subject education, but also vocational education. Be able to communicate patiently and friendly with students and their parents. She believes in ninety-nine theories is not as practical as one action.
Mark Liu

Mark Liu, a graduate of Nanning Normal University (Broadcasting and Hosting Arts) and SEGi University (Education), has rich experience in education. At the language training center in Yunfu City, he provided teaching and managed student affairs, including dormitory and class management, as well as event planning. At Nanhai Middle School Branch, he was responsible for media student management and administrative tasks, and organized many activities. He has strong communication skills, can explain concepts clearly, and tailors teaching to students' aptitudes. Through his studies and work, Liu Zheng has deep knowledge and skills in the education field and is confident of making valuable contributions.
May Zeng

Being the houseparent of boarding department at ISA science City International School, May Zeng is responsible for the the student management in dorm. She received the Bachelor of Arts degree with CET-6 certificate and English teacher qualification certificate. After graduating from the college, she has worked at a well-known educational training institution as an English teacher with valuable experience accumulated in student management and parent communication for three years. During this period, she practiced the teaching concepts of "student-centered" and “teaching students according to their aptitude”. She is deeply loved by the students and highly appreciated by the parents. After that, she has also worked in various positions at an IB international school and is familiar with the international school system. During this period, she improved her coordination and communication skills and her ability to handle emergencies flexibly. She realizes well that an international school will focus more on cultural diversity and inclusiveness whether in academics or in school life . Therefore, as a part of ISASC international School, an inclusive international school, she will be committed to creating a comfortable and positive boarding environment, and pay attention to the physical and mental health of boarding students.

Thomas is a house parent in the boarding department of ISA Science City International School. He is responsible for overseeing the domestic running of boarding facilities ,providing pastoral care support in the Houses and assisting with the daily routine of the boarders. He holds a BA in Business English and a TEM 8 Certificate in English.

Tina Zhang is the houseparent at ISA science City international school. Mainly responsible for students managment in dorm. She graduated from Ankang college, received the Bachelor of Arts degree with CET-4 certificate and teacher qualification certificate. After graduation, she has worked in a well-known international hotel chain, and also worked as a house parent in an international school. Accumulated valuable experience in student managment. In the future, she will strive to create a good residential atmosphere and a good residential environment for isagzsc students.
