Early Years’ students have their own special building and their own special spaces. They have stimulating classrooms, indoor and outdoor creative play spaces, and a performance hall.
The Primary school is triangular in shape to facilitate the circulation of clean air and exposure to natural light. Extensive use of glass creates a sense of openness and spaciousness. Large classrooms exist on each level, each with highly effective IT connectivity, differentiated learning spaces, and considerable natural light. There is also a specialist science laboratory, a maker laboratory, artspace, music studio, drama studio, performance auditorium, and permaculture garden.
The Secondary school, resembles a long, ‘V-shape’ with an open centre. Similar to the Primary building, this design enhances a sense of openness, spaciousness and lightness. Informal learning spaces have been created in corridors, breakout areas, and various niches and corners.
The ground floor is a wonderfully creative space comprising specialist Science and Design Hubs. Large classrooms exist on each level, each with highly effective IT connectivity, differentiated learning spaces, and considerable natural light.
The canteen is solely owned and operated by the school, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, including a full-time dining room that accommodates 700 people, a café of 80 seats and an interactive open kitchen supplied with organic food ingredients. In our multi-functional canteen, carefully selected dishes from all over the world are provided to the students; moreover, a variety of food related activities are carried out to create ISA’s special school canteen culture and enrich campus life.
Located centrally, the Auditorium seats 800 guests, has tiered seating and meets international standards of acoustics. It has advanced technology for lighting, sound and stage mobility, and highly suited to musical performances, drama productions, official ceremonies and conferences.

The top floor of the library has been reserved for Senior and Boarding students to engage in private study and tutorials both in school time and after school.
